  3. Balancing work and family demands could be a critical challenge facing most employees. Organisations are challenging an increase in employee flexibility and productivity. The standard “job for life” has reformed into an economic environment of instability and job uncertainty. Workers’ perspectives and expectations have also transformed towards work. New directions towards life-long learning, personal and career development, and an increased awareness and necessity for a balance between work and life have affected organisations through incentivising the introduction of policies such as flexible working, As a result of these demographic, employment, and organisational trends, both men and women have experienced an increase in demands from the familial, household and work domains. In life, there are some things that we may never ‘Get Over' so, sometimes the best we can do is “Get Through” these situations and play to your strengths, don’t try and be all things to all people. Focus on your strengths and leave the rest for later.

  6. Good topic. You have mentioned the importance to maintain operations and a flexible working place by concerning all employees. True. My opinion is flexible working hours positively impact employees’ work-life balance. This concept is also beneficial for both employees and employers. Flexible working hours give employees the ability to control when, where and how much time to do their work. Thus, flexibility contributes to improvement in the allocation of work and life responsibilities. On the other hand, this concept brings some important benefits to employers such as better employee performance, greater organizational commitment, and lower employee turnover.

  7. Work-life balance plays its crucial role in helping employees to juggle their role
between work and family domain. In an increasingly challenging world of employment,
employees are exposed to work-family conflict i.e work-interference with family
and family-interference with work. Work-life balance as well as work-family
conflict is closely related with the quality of life of individuals that involves life and job
    satisfaction

  8. As per my view, work-life balance is just a noise word and its meaning is not fixed. Work-Life balance is not a theory that one can simply assume or learn as Yoga poses. You will get certain actions and decisions to succeed in work-life balance and its results will either be an enriching one or could fail and result in huge struggles.
I see work-life balance as the coming collectively of a whole system. both employer and employee attitude all are a part of this work-life balance.
